Vitality Pediatric Healthcare is an Agency that strives to improve the lives of medically fragile children in Texas by providing skilled nursing home healthcare, communication, clinical excellence, and compassionate care. Vitality Pediatric HealthCare provides high-quality care for patients from birth to 21 in the comfort of their own home.

Patients that qualify for Home Healthcare do have an invasive device, such as a G-button or tracheostomy,  ventilator-dependent, or have their respiratory system compromised. We accept Medicaid, STAR Kids programs, and private insurance.

When we get a  referral, an assessment will be done by our skilled Nurses within 24 hours. After learning the needs, choices of the patient and family, staff will set up a “Meet and Greets” with qualified nurses, After this Meet and Greet, that nursing schedule developed and care starts immediately, We ensure that the family is continually supported by our office and clinical staff, that are available 24/7 to serve all patients.

Caring with a smile

It’s not what we do as a home care agency, but how we do it. All of our child caregiving services are delivered with a smile. And we all know that a smile can be infectious.

Attentive listener

How do you like things done? Where would you like to go? Listening to your needs, and having conversations with you, helps us make sure we bring you the perfect match.

Qualified

Whether you just need someone to take your child for a walk or to provide attentive complex caring – we, as a home healthcare agency, can provide a caregiver that is qualified to meet your needs.
